Antique French Cast Iron Tazza
Antique French Cast Iron Tazza

A beautifully weathered antique French cast iron tazza, originally used as a decorative garden bowl on terrace walls and balustrades. The shallow fluted form sits on an oval pedestal base and has developed a rich natural patina of rust and soft verdigris, giving it wonderful texture and character.
Substantial in weight and sculptural in form, it works just as beautifully indoors as it does in the garden — perfect styled with fruit, moss or simply left empty as an object.
Sold separately. 2 available.
Dimensions
Bowl: 28 cm long × 7 cm high
Base: 15 cm × 13 cm oval
Condition
In condition with expected wear from age and outdoor use.
Surface rust, oxidation and verdigris present throughout, forming a stable natural patina. No structural issues noted.
• Perfect as a fruit bowl on a kitchen island or dining table
• Lovely filled with moss, bulbs or seasonal fruit
• Adds texture to console or coffee table styling
• Can also be used outdoors on a terrace wall or garden table
A characterful piece that brings age, texture and a touch of French garden charm to any space.
