This elegant Early 19th Century Country French Louis XVI Buffet showcases a light blue/grey finish, likely from a traditional limewash technique. Crafted from sturdy oak, it features decorative carvings and original hardware, reflecting its authentic French Provincial style.

The black stained top is a beautiful contrast albeit gently with the matt finish subtly speaking to the dark peeping through the body of the dressers aged paint work. Key provided , and there is no harm in adding a tassel to it in our view!

The buffet includes multiple drawers and lower cabinets, offering practical storage for linens and dinnerware. Constructed with traditional pegged mortise and tenon joints, it ensures durability while presenting a lovely patina that speaks to its age and history.
