A pair of mid-century European workshop stools with beautifully worn surfaces and sculptural presence.
What interior couldn’t benefit from a classic French stool with all the patina and layers of a life well lived!
Layers of paint have softened over time, revealing undertones and raw metal — an honest patina that gives depth without effort
DESCRIPTION
Steel industrial stools with circular seats, central carry holes, and ring stretchers. Likely sourced from a workshop or studio environment, where utility shaped their form.
The terracotta stool retains its original paint, richly worn back to pale underlayers. The grey stool, later repainted and gently aged, offers a subtle contrast.
Simple, grounded, and versatile — they work equally well as side tables, bedside pieces, or standalone objects.
